dc.description.abstractМета. Метою статті є розгляд окремих аспектів розслідування нещасних випадків українських та польських підприємств в умовах постійної боротьби за охорону здоров’я працюючих. Це дослідження має спонукати спеціалістів, викладачів в Україні вивчати досвід ближнього сусіда в різноманітних питаннях охорони здоров’я працюючих та при необхідності впроваджувати в нашій державі. Актуальність роботи обумовлена достатньо великою кількістю нещасних випадків в Україні в порівнянні з сучасними європейськими країнами та вимагає особливої уваги професіонального кола, викладацького складу університетів зайнятих вишколом молодих людей перед можливістю вступу української держави до європейських структур (European Union). Методика. Здійснено аналітичні розвідки щодо українських та польських нормативних документів у галузі розслідування нещасних випадків. Проведено теоретичний аналіз проблем розслідування в Польщі та Україні. Результати. В статті представлено порівняльний аналіз української та польської систем розслідування нещасних випадків, розглянуто їх відмінність, система документації, яка повинна бути підготовлена спеціалістами, причетними до процесів розслідування, та направлених для зменшення травматизму та професійних захворювань. Дослідження розкриває можливості використання окремих відмінностей польської системи розслідування в українських структурах. Особливо важливо відмітити зарегульованість української системи розслідування, що дещо ускладнює процес та підготовку документів. Відмічено, що існуюча в Україні система державного нагляду за проведенням розслідування та документування потребує удосконалення, що вимагає більш глибокого вивчення через міжнародні організації. Результати дослідження можуть стати матеріалом для підвищення кваліфікації українських фахівців з питань охорони праці. Наукова новизна. На основі проведеного дослідження зроблено висновок щодо удосконалення бази нормативно-правового регулювання, що в результаті допоможе у реалізації ефективного контролю за дотриманням прав працівників на безпеку праці. Практична значимість. Проведене та узагальнене дослідження спонукають корегувати національну систему професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з охорони праці. Цей досвід становить інтерес у суто організаційно-педагогічному напрямку. Досвід польської держави становить інтерес в організації охорони праці через входження її до Європейського Союзу, організації, яка довела свою практичну ефективність та істотно вплинула на розвиток відповідної діяльності всіх країн Союзу.
dc.description.abstract1Objective. The purpose of the article is to consider certain aspects of the investigation of accidents at Ukrainian and Polish enterprises in the context of the ongoing struggle for occupational health protection. This study should encourage specialists and teachers in Ukraine to study the experience of their near neighbour in various issues of occupational health protection and, if necessary, to implement it in our country. The relevance of the work is due to the rather large number of accidents in Ukraine compared to modern European countries and requires special attention of the professional community, university teaching staff engaged in the training of young people before the possibility of Ukraine's accession to the European Union. Methodology. Analytical research was carried out on Ukrainian and Polish regulations in the field of accident investigation. A theoretical analysis of the problems of investigation in Poland and Ukraine was carried out. Results. The article presents a comparative analysis of the Ukrainian and Polish systems of accident investigation, discusses their differences, the system of documentation that should be prepared by specialists involved in the investigation process and aimed at reducing injuries and occupational diseases. The study reveals the possibilities of using certain differences of the Polish investigation system in Ukrainian structures. It is particularly important to note the overregulation of the Ukrainian investigation system, which somewhat complicates the process and preparation of documents. It is noted that the existing system of state supervision over the investigation and documentation in Ukraine needs to be improved, which requires a deeper study through international organisations. The results of the study may become material for advanced training of Ukrainian specialists in occupational safety and health. Scientific novelty. Based on the study, the author concludes that the regulatory framework should be improved, which will ultimately help to implement effective control over the observance of employees' rights to occupational safety. Practical significance. The conducted and summarised research encourages adjustments to the national system of professional training of future occupational safety and health specialists. This experience is of interest in a purely organisational and pedagogical sense. The experience of the Polish state is of interest in the organisation of occupational safety and health because of its membership in the European Union, an organisation that has proven its practical effectiveness and has significantly influenced the development of relevant activities in all countries of the Union.
