dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено висвітленню актуальних питань ролей та обов’язків спеціалістів у сфері системного аналізу. Стрімке зростання обсягів даних та їх значення для прийняття обґрунтованих рішень висувають високі вимоги до кваліфікації аналітиків. На фахівців у сфері системного аналізу покладається велика відповідальність. Залежно від розміру компанії та масштабів проєкту команда системних аналітиків може складатися з різної кількості фахівців, кожен з яких відповідає за свою ланку роботи і має свою зону відповідальності, що в решті решт сприяє розподілу обов’язків та більш якісному підходу до розподілу та виконання роботи. Метою роботи є аналіз ролі та обов’язків різних спеціалістів у сфері аналізу даних. Методика. У статті розглянуто та систематизовано ролі, обов’язки та навички різних фахівців у сфері системного аналізу. Результати. У роботі систематизовано та класифіковано задачі системного аналізу. З’ясовано, що в когорту можливих професій команди з контролю якості та тестування входять: системний аналітик, інженер даних, аналітик даних, науковець з даних, інженер з машинного навчання, інженер з машинного навчання, спеціаліст з оброблення природної мови, бізнес-аналітик та інші. Для кожної з професій визначено коло специфічних професійних задач. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для оптимізації роботи команд, формування освітніх програм та підготовки професійних стандартів. Так, висвітлення ролей та обов’язків спеціалістів із системного аналізу дозволить роботодавцям чітко визначати вимоги до кандидатів на відповідні посади, а також оптимізувати структуру команд для досягнення бізнес-цілей. Завдяки класифікації задач і навичок, описаних у статті, підприємства зможуть ефективніше управляти трудовими ресурсами та покращувати якість впроваджуваних рішень. З іншого боку, систематизовані для кожної професії знання, уміння і навички можуть бути орієнтиром для здобувачів освіти відповідної спеціальності у підготовці до вимог ринку праці. Також результати дослідження можуть бути використані для вдосконалення освітніх програм. Чітке розуміння ролей і компетенцій спеціалістів із системного аналізу сприятиме розробці актуальних навчальних планів, завдяки врахуванню сучасних викликів і потреб ринку праці. Проведена систематизація задач і професійних ролей фахівців у сфері системного аналізу допоможе спеціалістам оцінити власні компетентності, виділити напрями для розвитку та розширення своєї кваліфікації.
dc.description.abstract1The article is devoted to highlighting the current issues of the roles and responsibilities of specialists in the field of systems analysis. The rapid growth of data volumes and their importance for making informed decisions impose high requirements on the qualifications of analysts. Specialists in the field of systems analysis are entrusted with great responsibility. Depending on the size of the company and the scale of the project, a team of systems analysts may consist of a different number of specialists. Each of them is responsible for their own line of work and has their own area of responsibility, which contributes to the distribution of responsibilities and a qualitative approach to the distribution and performance of work. The purpose of the work is to analyze the roles and responsibilities of various specialists in the field of data analysis. Methodology. The article considers and systematizes the roles, responsibilities and skills of various specialists in the field of systems analysis. Results. The work systematizes and classifies the tasks of systems analysis. The list of possible professions of the quality control and testing team includes system analyst, data engineer, data analyst, data scientist, machine learning engineer, machine learning engineer, natural language processing specialist, business analyst and others. For each of the professions, a range of specific professional tasks has been defined in the work. The results obtained can be used to optimize the work of teams, form educational programs and prepare professional standards. Understanding the roles and responsibilities of system analysis specialists will allow employers to clearly define the requirements for candidates for relevant positions, optimize the structure of teams to achieve business goals. The completed classification of tasks and skills will help the enterprise manage labor resources more effectively and improve the quality of implemented solutions. On the other hand, the knowledge and skills systematized for each profession can be a guide for students of the relevant specialty in preparing for the requirements of the labor market. The results of the study can also be used to improve educational programs. A clear understanding of the roles and competencies of systems analysis specialists contributes to the development of relevant curricula considering modern challenges and needs of the labor market. The systematization of tasks and professional roles of specialists in the field of systems analysis is useful for specialists in assessing their own competencies and forming areas of development and expansion of their qualifications.
